Kids First is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic in Rockland County, NY, providing comprehensive services including behavioral health, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Behavioral Health team and provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Behavioral Health team and provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for children and adolescents
- Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up care
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations in collaboration with families and treatment teams
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and other pediatric providers to ensure coordinated care
- Provide psychoeducation and support to parents/caregivers
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in New York State
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively
