Kids First is a fast-growing ABA agency servicing families across New York, and we are currently looking for experienced and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Queens.

Please note: This position is ONLY for currently certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) an extensive background in ABA services.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs
Track session data and client progress
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients and families
Collaborate closely with the clinical team

Requirements

Active RBT Certification (Required)
Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation preferred
Ability to work after-school hours and/or weekends

Sessions typically occur:

Weekdays between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Weekends between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Each session typically lasts 3 to 5 hours.
