What You’ll Do as a Recruiter at Kids First

  • Own candidate pipelines end-to-end (not just pass resumes)
  • Drive urgency: every candidate hired = more kids served
  • Match and place hires onto client schedules — quickly and accurately
  • Partner with clinical and operations teams to close staffing gaps fast
  • Track progress, anticipate needs, and keep Kids First ahead of demand
